Our Technology
Engineering Nasal Cartilage
At NovusTex, we are building a biofabrication platform focused on engineering high-fidelity nasal cartilage through bioprinting and tissue engineering. Our technology is designed to create structurally relevant, biologically informed cartilage constructs that can serve both near-term research applications and long-term regenerative goals.
We begin with the development of bioprinted nasal cartilage for drug development, translational testing, biomaterial evaluation, and disease modeling. By creating more human-relevant tissue systems, we aim to improve how researchers study intranasal therapeutics, tissue responses, and preclinical performance.
Our platform integrates biomaterials science, tissue engineering, fabrication process design, and biological validation. This allows us to optimize not only the construct itself, but also the reproducibility, usability, and translational relevance of the platform.
Over time, this same technological foundation is intended to support the development of implantable cartilage solutions for facial reconstruction. In this way, our technology is not built around a single product, but around a scalable platform with applications across research and regenerative medicine.
